Cookies are small files a website can save in your browser. This page explains what Deekshu Dental Clinic’s website saves on your device, and what it does not. In short: no advertising, no analytics, no tracking across other sites, so there is no cookie banner to click.

This flag contains the value “1” and no personal information. It is never sent to us. Strictly speaking it is browser storage rather than a cookie, but it is covered here to be open about everything the site keeps on your device.
What we do not use
- No advertising or marketing cookies, and no social-media tracking pixels.
- No analytics or visitor-statistics tools, such as Google Analytics.
- No third-party embeds that set their own cookies, such as embedded videos or maps. Our fonts are served from this website, not from Google.
- No cookies to remember you between visits or to build a profile of you.
- The chat assistant, if shown, runs in your browser and saves nothing: what you type disappears when you close or reload the page.
Staff sign-in cookies
Patients and ordinary visitors are never asked to sign in, and the pages you use set no sign-in cookies. Clinic staff sign in to a private dashboard at /admin to manage appointments. When they do, our sign-in provider (Supabase) saves cookies in their browser to keep them signed in and to refresh the session. These cookies are strictly necessary for that sign-in, are used only on the staff pages, and are removed when staff sign out or the session expires.
Links to other services
Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp, Google Calendar, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube open those services, usually in a new tab. They are separate from this website and may set their own cookies once you are there. We do not control them; please see their own cookie and privacy policies. Our Instagram posts on the home page are fetched by our server, so your browser does not contact Instagram just to show them.
Server logs
Separately from cookies, the company that hosts this website keeps ordinary server logs (for example your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. See the privacy policy for how we handle personal information.
Managing or clearing what is stored
You can clear the browser storage above at any time in your browser’s settings (usually under privacy, site data or cookies), or by closing the browser window. You can also set your browser to block cookies altogether. This website will keep working normally; the only visible difference is that the logo intro may show again on each page load.
Changes to this policy
If we ever add analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies, we will update this page first and ask for your consent before they are used. The date at the top shows when this page was last changed.
