About us

This website is run by Deekshu Dental Clinic, a dental clinic at 3/14 Bagalur Housing Board, Near TNHB Office, Avalapalli Hudco, Hosur, Tamil Nadu 635 109. We are open every day, 9am to 9pm. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean the clinic and “you” means anyone using the website.

Information on this website is general

• The pages, articles and answers on this website, including the chat assistant, are general information about dental care. They are not a diagnosis or medical advice, and they do not replace an examination by a dentist.
• The right treatment, how long it takes and what it costs depend on your own mouth. Only a dentist who has examined you can tell you that.
• In a dental emergency, such as a knocked-out tooth, a swollen face, bleeding that will not stop or trouble breathing, do not wait for an online reply. Call us on the numbers below, or go to the nearest hospital.
• We try to keep everything accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise it is complete or free of mistakes. Results shown or described for any treatment vary from person to person and are not a guarantee.

Prices

• Any prices shown are a guide taken from our price list. They can change, they are not a quote or an offer, and the final cost is confirmed after the doctor examines you. A consultation is ₹200, as on our price list.
• Treatment costs are agreed with you at the clinic before treatment starts. Payment is made at the clinic. You are not asked for card or bank details on this website.

Booking an appointment online

• Choosing a time and submitting the form asks us to hold that time for you. The clinic may call or message you to confirm it, and may ask you to choose another time if needed.
• Each booking holds one time slot at the start of your visit. Longer treatments are planned with the doctor at your consultation, so a booking is not a promise of a particular treatment on that day.
• Please give your real name and a mobile number that reaches you, so we can contact you. Booking with someone else’s details, or with false details, is not allowed.
• To keep slots fair, the clinic sets limits, for example how far ahead you can book, the least notice we need, and how many upcoming appointments one mobile number can hold. These can change without notice.
• Your booking has a private link. Anyone with that link can change or cancel the appointment, so please keep it to yourself. You can also call us to change it.
• If you cannot come, please cancel or move your appointment as early as you can so someone else can have the time. Cancelling is free. Appointments you miss without telling us are recorded as missed.
• Sometimes we have to move or cancel an appointment, for example for a doctor’s emergency, a power cut or a closure. We will contact you as soon as we can and offer another time.
• There is no online payment. The consultation fee and any other charges are paid at the clinic.

Enquiries and messages you send us

Do not use the website forms or the chat assistant for emergencies or to send detailed medical records or images. We reply to enquiries during clinic hours, usually by phone. What you tell us is used as set out in our privacy policy.

Treatment at the clinic

These terms cover the website only. Dental treatment is a matter between you and your dentist: the doctor will explain your options, risks and costs, and ask for your consent in the clinic before any treatment. Nothing on the website replaces that conversation or that consent.

Using the website properly

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts or other automated means to fill in our forms, make bookings or copy the website.
• Make bookings or send enquiries you do not intend to keep, or in someone else’s name without their permission.
• Try to get into the staff dashboard, the database or any part of the website you are not meant to use, or interfere with how it works.
• Send anything unlawful, abusive or misleading, or anything that carries a virus.

We may refuse or cancel a booking, or block access, if these rules are broken.

Our content

The text, photographs, logo, designs and articles on this website belong to Deekshu Dental Clinic or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish or sell our content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission. Names, logos and posts of other companies, such as Google, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp, belong to them.

Reviews and links to other websites

Ratings and review counts shown on this website come from our Google Maps listing and are updated from time to time, so they may be a little behind. Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other websites are for your convenience. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or how they use your information.

Availability of the website

We aim to keep the website working, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or remove any part of it, including online booking, at any time. If something does not work, please call us.

Our responsibility

The website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that result from using or being unable to use the website, from relying on the general information on it, or from problems with services we do not control, such as your internet connection, a phone network or a third-party service. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility we have under law that cannot be excluded, including for the care you receive at the clinic, or your rights as a consumer.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle your personal information, and our cookie policy explains what the website stores in your browser. Both form part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies when you use the website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about the website is subject to the courts at Hosur, Tamil Nadu, without affecting any right you have to approach a consumer commission or other forum available to you by law. We would always like the chance to put things right first, so please contact us.
